Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Poptop. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. We established these policies to ensure absolute clarity regarding the fulfillment and delivery process.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

  • Please Note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. High volume periods or product launches may impact processing speeds.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: While we provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Poptop is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or peak seasonal volume.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the provided shipping address can receive standard courier deliveries.

  • We are not responsible for orders returned to sender due to restricted access at P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Any costs incurred for re-shipping will be billed to the customer.

4. Shipping Liabilities & Carrier Errors

  • Risk of Loss: Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer.

  • Poptop is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

    • Stolen or missing packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

    • Packages lost in transit due to carrier error.

  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide any necessary tracking or shipment validation required to support your claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot modify shipping addresses once processing begins.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, and the cost of re-shipping.

6. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries, calculated at checkout.

  • Duties, Customs, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Poptop is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tips for Implementation:

  • Route/Navidium: Consider adding a third-party shipping insurance toggle (like Route) at checkout. It costs you nothing, lets customers pay a dollar for "peace of mind," and completely removes you from the hook for lost mail.

  • Clear Checkout: Ensure your address entry field has an auto-complete feature to cut down on user typos before they happen.
